David is a recent Juris Doctorate graduate from Phoenix School of Law (PSL), just taken the July 2011
Arizona bar exam and is excitedly awaiting the results. During his time at PSL David obtained numerous
internships that confirmed his lifelong passion to be a criminal law attorney. While at the City of
Phoenix Prosecutor’s Office as a Certified Rule 38 Practicing Student Attorney, David was able to obtain
10 non-jury trials and 4 jury trials. David has also been a law clerk at the Pima County Public Defender’s
Office, thus enabling him to learn from both sides of the fence, prosecution and defense. Additionally,
David has experience in the family law arena and is Alternative Dispute Resolution certified. David is
excited to bring all his knowledge and experience to the Hallinan Law Firm while also expanding his
knowledge in the civil legal arena as well.
