Who
do we serve?
Living
Well serves the entire community.
While targeted individual are generally those
whose income is just above federal poverty guidelines,
Living Well provides assistance to anyone who contacts
us through our various programs that are offered both
for free or on a sliding-scale depending strictly upon
need. Living
Well does; however, currently limit available services
to residents of Pima County, AZ with a vision for
expansion into Pinal, Cochise and Santa Cruz counties.
Screening, coordinated
partnerships with local agencies and on-going monitoring
ensure that each client receives the assistance they
need, while preventing any duplication of services.
